Job summary

Quicksew in Bathurst/Orange area is seeking a results-driven consultant to visit homeowners, measure fabrics and finishes, and help clients choose curtains, blinds and shutters. You will send quotes within 48 hours, follow up, and build relationships with local builders and real estate professionals.

A driver’s licence and local presence are required for travel. You’ll earn a $60,000 base plus super, with 11–13% commission on gross profit for each completed job.

• Sold face-to-face in homes/showrooms and enjoys hitting targets.
• Takes initiative to find work when demand is quiet.
• Responds to inquiries the same day.
• Demonstrates eye for colour and finishes; willing to learn product.

We make and install curtains, blinds and shutters for homes, builders, aged care and businesses across the Central West. Our residential side has doubled since July, and we need a second consultant to keep up with it.

What you'll do

• Visit homeowners, measure up and help them choose fabrics and finishes
• Send clear quotes within 48 hours and follow every one up
• Build relationships with local builders, display homes, designers and real estate agents
• Reconnect with our past customers and win the work that's already out there
• Keep your pipeline up to date in HubSpot

About you

• You've sold face to face, in homes or a showroom, and you like a target
• You go out and find work when it's quiet
• You get back to people the same day
• You have an eye for colour and finishes; you'll teach you the product
• You live in or near Bathurst or Orange and hold a driver's licence

What you get

• $60,000 base plus super, and commission of 11–13% on the gross profit of every job you win. At target that's $100,000–$120,000 a year
