The Pancake Parlour Plenty Valley is seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to lead shifts at our Plenty Valley location in Westfield Plenty Valley. You will oversee a busy service, coach staff and ensure memorable experiences for guests.

This role offers clear pay progression and weekend/public holiday penalties as applicable. As a leader, you’ll take ownership of shifts, support your team, and maintain high standards across the restaurant while developing junior staff and ensuring smooth

We're looking for a Full-Time Shift Supervisor to join our team at The Pancake Parlour Plenty Valley!

Whether you're an experienced hospitality Supervisor looking for your next opportunity, or a strong emerging leader from hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Plenty Valley restaurant is conveniently located at Westfield Plenty Valley, with easy access by public transport - South Morang Train Station is right at the shopping centre, making it an easy commute from surrounding northern and north-eastern suburbs.

At The Pancake Parlour, you'll play a key role in leading shifts, developing team members and creating the memorable experiences our guests have come to know and love.

Clear Pay Progression

You'll commence on the Restaurant Industry Award Level 3 rate while completing your Supervisor training. Once you've successfully completed your training, you'll receive the applicable Level 5 higher duties rate when rostered to perform the Supervisor role.

Applicable evening, weekend and public holiday penalty rates also apply in accordance with the Award.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading, coaching or supporting others and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
• Is confident, approachable and able to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
• Can stay calm, organised and make good decisions during busy service periods.
• Brings reliability, accountability and a positive attitude to every shift.
• Enjoys helping others develop and succeed.
• Has hospitality experience, or leadership experience within retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience is highly regarded, but we're also interested in strong emerging leaders who are ready to step up.

The Fine Print

This is a permanent Full-Time position (38 hours per week) based at our Plenty Valley restaurant.

As a leader within the restaurant, you'll need flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes Friday and Saturday nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicant must have valid Australian working rights and a reliable means of getting to and from work, including for later finishes.
