Cornerstone Café at Bankstown Sports Club is seeking a Café Team Leader to supervise and coach a busy service team in a fast-paced venue. You will lead from the front, uphold food and beverage standards, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across shifts.

You'll bring café or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach. RSA/RCG qualifications are required or you’ll obtain them.

• Previous experience in a café, hospitality, food & beverage or customer service environment.

Cafe Supervisor | Fast-Paced Hospitality Venue

Cornerstone Café is one of the busiest and most popular food destinations within Bankstown Sports Club, serving hundreds of members and guests daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As part of one of Australia's leading hospitality and entertainment groups, Bankstown Sports operates a diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, event spaces and entertainment venues, creating exciting career opportunities across the wider group. Cornerstone Café is at the heart of the Club's daily operations, delivering great coffee, fresh food and exceptional service to a loyal and growing customer base.

Please note, the formal title for this position is Café Team Leader.

About the Role

Reporting to the Café Manager, the Café Team Leader plays a key role in the day-to-day leadership and success of Cornerstone Café.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll lead from the front, support a busy service operation, coach team members and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. You'll thrive in a high-volume environment and enjoy motivating a team to consistently deliver outstanding service.

About You

You're a confident hospitality leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
