Hungry Jack's on the Gold Coast is seeking a Restaurant Leader as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team. You will drive service and production excellence, guiding a team to deliver guest-obsessed experience and meet brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include executing promotional activities, developing staff, merchandising the store, managing stock, and maintaining a safe workplace while delivering strong results and supporting store growth across our network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:
