Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Melbourne is seeking a Restaurant Lead within the Restaurant Leadership Team to drive our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team in service and production areas, placing guests at the centre and ensuring teamwork and empowerment.

This role involves executing promotions, developing and coaching staff, store merchandising, stock control, and maintaining a safe environment.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:
