Tandy Concrete in the Mackay region is seeking a reliable Full-Time Concrete Loader Driver to operate a front-end loader and support day-to-day plant operations. You will have the opportunity to learn concrete batching and grow your skills within the business, while delivering friendly, professional service to customers.

Safe operation, punctuality and teamwork are essential as you assist with batching, deliveries and yard maintenance in a dynamic plant environment.

About the Role

We are currently seeking aFull-Time Concrete Loader Driver to join our team in the Mackay region.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to operate a front-end loader and assist with the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.

For the right person, there is also anopportunity to learn concrete batching and develop additional skills within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader.
• Load and handle raw materials.
• General yard and plant housekeeping.
• Assist with plant maintenance.
• Assist with concrete production and batching.
• Assist with booking and allocating concrete deliveries.Coordinate truck movements and deliveries.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
