Job summary

Hazell Bros Group is seeking a casual Agitator Driver/Loader Operator to join the North West Concrete Team at our Burnie Batch Plant. This role involves safely delivering premixed concrete to customers while supporting plant operations with front-end loader work.

You will load and deliver concrete, maintain quality and timeliness, operate a front-end loader, and maintain safety and customer relationships in line with our Safety 1st Always Works culture.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Safety 1st Always Works culture.
• Hold Heavy Vehicle Licence (manual preferred).
• Current loader ticket with experience operating mobile plant.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Loader certification preferable but not essential.
• Experience in concrete industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loading and delivering concrete to customers.
• Ensure concrete delivery meets quality and timing.
• Operate a front-end loader to load and manage raw materials.
• Safe vehicle operation, routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
