Job summary

Highgate Owners Corporation in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Relief Concierge for a permanent full-time role at the building's front desk. You will deliver high-quality customer service to residents, visitors and contractors while handling reception duties and administrative tasks.

The role requires morning, afternoon and night shifts with a rostered schedule and a strong focus on reliability, communication and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and courteous manner.
• Sound computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the building's front desk reception.
• Provide shift coverage for other concierge staff during absences.
• Work morning, afternoon and night shifts as rostered by the Building Manager.
• Work varying shifts Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts as required.
• Provide a high standard of customer service and assistance to residents, visitors and contractors.
