Job summary

Excel Building Management is seeking a Weekend Concierge for a premium residential building in Potts Point. The role is casual with fixed weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

You will greet residents and guests, handle enquiries, manage access, parcels and visitor registrations, and coordinate maintenance with contractors. The ideal candidate has previous concierge or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred.
• Residential building experience will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to resident enquiries and provide assistance with requests.
• Monitor building access and follow security procedures.
• Manage parcels, deliveries and visitor registrations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
• Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate concierge logs, incident reports and shift handovers.
• Ensure the concierge desk and lobby are clean and professionally presented.
