Job summary

Mini Masterminds Lidcombe is seeking a passionate Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team. You will work collaboratively to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment. Applicants must have ACECQA-approved Diploma, WWCC, First Aid/CPR/Allergy & Anaphylaxis certifications, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• 2+ years’ experience in early childhood education and care.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre.
• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions.
