Mini Masterminds Erskineville seeks a dedicated Diploma Educator (Full Time) to deliver play-based learning and support each child’s development. You will work with a team to create engaging programs, build strong relationships with families, and maintain a high-quality learning environment.

With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates, you will contribute to inclusive practices and ongoing improvement at a thriving

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and relevant certifications (First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
