Job summary

Mini Masterminds Erskineville is seeking a Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our centre. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with children and families.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality education and care while ensuring comfort with NQF/NQS requirements and EYLF. The role offers above-award wages and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in early childhood education and care.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
