Mini Masterminds Merrylands is seeking a passionate Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team at a 77-place centre. You will deliver play-based learning, build relationships with children and families, and contribute to a high-quality learning environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR, with opportunities for ongoing PD and career progression within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to centre-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
