Mini Masterminds Box Hill is seeking a passionate Diploma Educator to deliver engaging, play-based learning and support each child’s development in a safe, nurturing environment. You will work with a collaborative team, build relationships with children and families, and contribute to continuous improvement across the centre.

Requirements include an ACECQA‑approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, EYLF/NQS knowledge, and 1+ year of experience; you must be

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) required.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Lead the room in the Lead Educator's absence and manage opening/closing shifts.
