Job summary

Mini Masterminds Lidcombe is seeking a Full-Time Diploma Educator to deliver play-based learning and support each child's learning, development and wellbeing. You will work with a team to create engaging programs and build strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires a ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, allergies and anaphylaxis training, and knowledge of EYLF/NQS. Visa sponsorship is not available and above award wages apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC (Working With Children Check) current.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certifications current.
• Child Protection training/certificate current.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

• Support planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
