Job summary

Mini Masterminds Tallawong is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our 78-place centre. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning and build strong relationships with children and families in a safe, inclusive environment.

Applicants must hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, and Child Protection training. Strong knowledge of EYLF/NQS and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) is required.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS; ability to translate learning frameworks into practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.

• Observe and document children's learning and development.
