Job summary

Belgrave Cartel is seeking an experienced cook to join a energetic, friendly kitchen environment led by a Head Chef. The role involves contributing to a fast-paced operation with a focus on modern, quality food across various cuisines.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience, be able to work 38 hours per week across a 7-day rota, and demonstrate strong communication and hygiene practices. Impeccable grooming and presentation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
• Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
• Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
