Job summary

Bli Bli Hotel in Queensland is seeking an experienced chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive Head Chef, responsible for managing your own sections and delivering high-quality, modern dishes for our guests.

We welcome applicants with at least 3 years of professional kitchen experience, a flexible attitude, strong communication, and good food presentation. The role requires rotating roster across Monday to Sunday and approx.

You will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. We are looking for an outstanding person who has some experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food.
