Terrey Hills Golf & Country Club is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Chef to join our private club's kitchen in Terrey Hills NSW. You will work across clubhouse dining, functions and golf events, preparing high quality meals and supporting the team during peak periods.

We offer a competitive AU$75,000 salary plus superannuation, with weekend work and varied shifts in a supportive environment at a well-regarded private club.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chef or experienced cook with relevant commercial kitchen experience.
• Experience in busy hospitality, club, restaurant or function environments is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, professional attitude and ability to maintain quality under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position, approx. 38 hours per week.

• Assist with food prep, service and kitchen operations.

• Flexibility across day shifts and occasional evening functions.

Full-Time Chef – Join Our Team at Terrey Hills Golf & Country Club

Terrey Hills Golf & Country Club is a private members club located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, offering quality dining and event experiences to our valued members and guests.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and well-established environment, with a varied mix of à la carte dining, member services, corporate golf days, functions and special events.

About the Role

• Full-time position, approximately 38 hours per week
• $75,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
• Working across clubhouse dining, functions, member events and golf days
• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals to club standards
• Assisting with food preparation, service and kitchen operations
• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during busy service periods
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and food safety
• Weekend work is required, including some Saturdays and Sundays
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including daytime and occasional evening functions

About You

• Qualified Chef or experienced Cook with relevant commercial kitchen experience
• Previous experience working in a busy hospitality, club, restaurant or function environment
• Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, well presented and committed to delivering a high standard of service
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
