About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves residential cleaning, working with our lovely high quality clients on a consistent schedule to deliver a spotless clean that makes them smile and love walking back into their homes.

You will typically work between 15-24 hours per week, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs. Opportunity for increased hours may be available as our client base continues to grow.

We're currently looking for applicants who can commit to at least 3 regular days each week, Monday to Friday, with availability between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Please note that this role is not currently suited to school-hour availability (e.g. 9:00am–2:00pm), as our client bookings typically commence at 8:30am and may run through to 4:30pm.

Full paid training will be provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• General cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas to a high standard
• Following a checklist and our cleaning processes to always meet client expectations
• Accepting and implementing feedback to improve performance and maintain our service standards
• Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and the team

• Award hourly rate of $33.85 + 12% superannuation
• Paid travel between jobs at $1.01 per km in addition to your ordinary hours
