Job summary

Woods Butchery on the North Shore in Belrose is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, fully qualified butcher to join our expanding wholesale business. You will perform all aspects of butchery, portion cutting and delivery to our clients.

To be successful you will have at least 3 years as a fully qualified butcher, strong knowledge of cuts, and a drive for personal and business growth. Monday to Friday with a 4.00 am start and every third Saturday; Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a fully qualified butcher.
• Hands-on experience in all aspects of butchery and cuts.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

We are a wholesale butchery company on the North Shore based at Belrose.We are expanding our service offering to a broader audience and now require a highly motivated and hands on experienced butcher to join our thriving and fun company.

Your responsibilities will include:

All aspects of butchery

Portion Cutting

Any other duties as directed

To be successful, you will:

Have good knowledge of Butchery

Be highly motivated

The ability to work alone and also in a team

Be willing to help take our business to new level

Have high attention to detail

Hours are Monday to Friday and every third Saturday No Sundays

It’s a 4.00 am start with a early finish

A minimum of 3 years as a fully qualified butcher within the industry. And if you can show us you have a passion for personal and business growth, exceptional customer service and the ability to work and contribute to a game plan as well as being an organised and timely person you will be well in front of the rest. This is a full time long term position for the right candidate.
