Job summary

Illawarra Toyota is seeking a full-time Customer Service – Call Centre Representative to join our Customer Care Team. You will be the first point of contact for our Service Departments, handling a busy call centre with inbound and outbound calls.

You will book service appointments, enter details in our Dealer Management System, and follow up customers to ensure excellent service. This is a Monday–Friday role in a fast-paced automotive dealership with on-the-job training for successful applicants.
