Martian Logic, a fast-growing Australian SaaS company powering an all-in-one HRIS platform, is hiring a Business Development Representative ready to move up from BDR to full-cycle BDM. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end, build your pipeline, run discovery, demos, negotiations, and closures with higher earning potential.

This hybrid role offers genuine flexibility, above-market pay, generous quarterly bonuses, and uncapped commission as you win bigger deals in mid-market and enterprise

Qualifications

• 2 years B2B sales experience (strong BDR/SDR background highly regarded).
• At least 6–12 months in SaaS sales (HR tech, HCM, or payroll experience is a big advantage).
• Proven track record of high activity and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Genuine passion for outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong desire to move into full-cycle selling and closing your own deals.
• Resilient, coachable, and hungry to grow your income and career.

Responsibilities
