Job summary

Martian Logic is seeking a Business Development Manager in a hybrid role to drive revenue growth across the ANZ mid-market and enterprise segments. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and will build a robust outbound pipeline while engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B sales experience
• At least 1 year in SaaS sales, HR tech or related verticals
• Consistently exceeding targets, with quota attainment around or above 120%

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in ANZ mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and qualify a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound efforts and campaigns.
• Lead discovery calls, deliver product demos, negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to sharpen messaging and positioning.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue with clear visibility to the business.
