Job summary

The Iconic is seeking a Process Improvement Facilitator to join its Fulfilment Centre Operations team in Australia. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence, and helping teams work smarter through better processes, documentation, training and stakeholder collaboration.

You’ll map processes, coach on Kaizen concepts, lead small to medium projects, analyze data, and develop SOPs and training materials to enable practical improvements across the

Qualifications

• Experience or strong understanding of fulfilment centre / warehouse operations.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Structured, analytical approach with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to create clear process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across Fulfilment Centre Operations, using data-driven decision-making to improve quality and operational performance.
• Lead small to medium process improvement projects with KPIs, outcomes and impact.
• Create process maps and document processes to support training and change implementation.
• Collect and analyse data to understand process performance and trends.
• Support creation and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Partner with Training team to support regular training sessions across Fulfilment Centre Operations.
• Work with Fulfilment Centre Leaders to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
