Job summary

The Iconic is seeking a Process Improvement Facilitator to join its Fulfilment Centre Operations team in Australia. About You..

We’re looking for a Process Improvement Facilitator to join our Fulfilment Centre Operations team. This role is all about driving continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence, and helping our teams work smarter through better processes, documentation, training and stakeholder collaboration.

You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve how we work across the fulfilment centre, using data, process mapping and strong stakeholder relationships to support meaningful change.

What you’ll do..

  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across Fulfilment Centre Operations, using data-driven decision-making to improve quality and operational performance.
  • Taking employees through White Belt Training and providing coaching on GSTD/Kaizen continuous improvement practices.
  • Lead and coordinate small to medium process improvement projects, with a strong focus on KPIs, outcomes and operational impact.
  • Research, review and analyse existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Create process maps and document processes to support training, change implementation and consistency across teams.
  • Collect and analyse data to understand process performance, identify trends and monitor the success of improvement initiatives.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and One Point Lessons.
  • Partner with the Training team to support regular training sessions across Fulfilment Centre Operations.
  • Work closely with Fulfilment Centre Operations Leaders to gather feedback, share updates and identify areas where additional support or improvements are needed.
  • Support onboarding experiences at the fulfilment centre, including agency conversions and other onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, certifications and updates to training materials.
  • Coordinate and maintain comprehensive Fulfilment Centre Tours for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across Operations, People & Culture, Health & Safety, Operations Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Delivery Excellence to support aligned, practical improvements.

About you..

  • Experience or strong understanding of a fulfilment centre, warehouse, operations or process improvement environments.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify root causes, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach.
  • Confidence working with data, KPIs and process performance measures to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating small to medium projects from end to end.
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences.
  • The ability to create clear process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, Work Instructions and One Point Lessons.
  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • The ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to supporting high-quality, compliant ways of working.
  • Broad knowledge of Fulfilment Centre processes, or the ability to quickly learn and understand operational workflows
