Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Program Manager, Fulfilment Capability & Innovation (FCI) to orchestrate the integrated capability roadmap across the team. You will act as the bridge between capability creation and site execution, ensuring aligned plans, prioritisation, and a cohesive Operations community for eComX.

You will lead planning cycles, embed governance, and drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-initiative 12-month roadmaps.
• Led annual/quarterly planning cycles and business cadences.
• Direct experience in E-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, FMCG, or Retail Operations.
• Skilled in building gated processes, business cases and financial models.
• Able to bridge communication between data/engineering and frontline ops.
• Proven track record of driving engagement and psychological safety.

Responsibilities

• Centralise initiatives into a prioritised portfolio and build a rolling 12-month roadmap.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles across the FCI ecosystem while managing complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Architect core team forums and tiered governance structures tailored to the fast-paced fulfillment operating tempo.
• Own weekly updates and monthly performance reviews, supported by a unified dashboard showing roadmap decisions and progress.
• Serve as the strategic bridge to Customer Fulfilment Operations to align tech builds with site realities.
• Build structured engagement models with eComX teams to establish joint metrics.
• Champion team culture and connectedness across a matrixed organisation using Voice of Team initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps and deliver training strategies to build long-term team self-sufficiency and sustainability.
