Job summary

Viva Energy Group in Darwin region seeks a Scheduler to manage stock and schedule fuel deliveries to metro and regional customers, ensuring accurate updates to stakeholders. Based at Wishart Rd Office, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, 38 hours, with possible after-hours calls to adjust schedules.

The successful candidate will coordinate loads, monitor stock at vendor sites and depots, and work with drivers to optimise fleet movements while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Scheduling of bulk fuel or goods & services is preferred.
• Bulk fuels operations and its day-to-day challenges.
• Road Transport Logistics (Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility & Fatigue Laws).
• General logistics management experience.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling – plan loads in accordance with regulations.
• Stock management – review and maintain stock levels at vendor sites and depots.
• Customer service – provide updates on fuel deliveries.
• High internal communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Optimize fleet schedules to maximise product delivered to customer tanks.
• Troubleshoot delays and adjust schedules with stakeholders.
