Crokers Fuel and Oils is seeking a proactive Scheduler / Logistics Officer to plan and coordinate daily fuel deliveries across Mackay and surrounding areas. You will work closely with drivers, customers and management to ensure efficient scheduling with clear instructions for runs.

Ideal candidates will have experience in transport scheduling or fleet coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy operations environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics, dispatch or fleet coordination.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to remain calm and make practical decisions under pressure.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help the team.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and scheduling daily fuel deliveries.
• Allocating deliveries to drivers and vehicles.
• Coordinating delivery times and requirements with customers.
• Monitoring deliveries and making adjustments throughout the day.
• Managing changes caused by customer requests, delays or vehicle availability.
• Prioritising urgent and time-sensitive deliveries.
• Communicating with drivers to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Coordinating fuel receiving and other logistical requirements.
