Solo Energy Corporation Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Fuel Scheduler to coordinate fuel deliveries to service stations and wholesale customers across Australia. The role involves scheduling tankers from fuel terminals and working closely with transport providers to keep deliveries on track when plans change.

You will need strong fuel logistics knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure to optimise tanker utilisation and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling fuel tankers or managing transport operations in a time-sensitive environment.
• Organised and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Able to communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and forward fuel deliveries across the Solo network.
• Allocate loads to transport providers and coordinate terminal collections.
• Monitor site stock levels, orders and delivery schedules to prevent run-outs.
• Work with drivers, terminals, suppliers and site teams to resolve delays or changes.
• Adjust schedules when demand, supply or terminal availability changes.
• Maintain delivery records and keep internal systems up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve tanker utilisation and delivery efficiency.
• Adhere to fuel transport safety procedures and fatigue management.

About you

• Experience scheduling fuel tankers or managing transport operations in a similarly time-sensitive environment
• Organised and comfortable working with multiple priorities
• Able to communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers and operational teams
• Experience with fuel terminals, petroleum products and service station deliveries will be highly regarded
