Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is urgently seeking motivated customer‑focused professionals for APS3 Participant Support Officer roles in multiple NSW locations, including Parramatta, Penrith and Wollongong. The position offers 37.5 hours per week, a competitive hourly rate, and potential hybrid work after training.

You will interact with participants and stakeholders face‑to‑face, by phone and email to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service delivery or disability sector is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to participants and stakeholders.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve routine issues and triage complex matters to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Support project and operational activities and contribute to process improvements.
