Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced APS4 Participant Support Officers for NSW locations including Parramatta, Campbelltown, Newcastle and Wollongong. You will deliver administrative, operational and participant support services within government frameworks and policies, focusing on stakeholder service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering administrative and participant support services.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with policies, procedures and legislative frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Managing participant enquiries and providing accurate information and support.
• Conducting administrative, operational and data management activities.
• Reviewing and analysing information to support decision-making processes.
• Making outbound calls to participants, providers and stakeholders.
• Managing workflow priorities and meeting performance deadlines.
• Applying relevant policies, procedures and legislative frameworks.
• Assisting with participant pathway and suitability assessments.
• Escalating complex matters where required.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and team objectives.
• Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
