CHEP, A Brambles Company, is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor for the Night Shift at our Eastern Creek site in New South Wales, Australia. The role focuses on safety, operational discipline and leadership by example to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You’ll spend 70–80% of your shift on the floor, coaching in the moment and leading from the front to ensure everyone goes home safely after each shift. This is a visible leadership opportunity with real impact.
CHEP helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organization on earth via our 347 million pallets, crates and containers. We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact. What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.
CHEP, A Brambles Company
Looking for a leadership role where you can make a genuine impact?
We're seeking a Shift Supervisor - Night Shift to join our Eastern Creek team.
The Eastern Creek night shift is a highly regarded, capable team that consistently delivers strong operational outcomes. We're looking for a visible and hands-on leader who can build on that success while strengthening the team's focus on safety, process discipline and operational excellence.
This isn't a Supervisor role where you'll spend your shift behind a desk. It's a genuinely hands-on leadership opportunity. You'll spend around 70-80% of your shift on the floor with your team, leading from the front, coaching in the moment and making sure everyone goes home safely at the end of every shift.
With significant autonomy and responsibility, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a shift, develop your leadership capability and make a visible impact within one of CHEP's most important operations.
Night shift leadership comes with a unique level of ownership and trust. With fewer leaders onsite overnight, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, lead your team and drive outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety and operational performance.
The team already knows how to deliver. Your opportunity is to bring the leadership presence that helps them deliver safely, consistently and sustainably while continuing to develop your own leadership career.
This role would suit an experienced Team Leader ready to step into a broader leadership position, or an established Supervisor looking for a highly visible and impactful leadership opportunity.
CHEP Eastern Creek is a welcoming and inclusive workplace where women thrive in hands-on roles. We actively encourage applications from women and people of all backgrounds. You’ll be joining a team that values respect, support, and collaboration.
We know that talent comes in many forms. CHEP welcomes applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and neurodivergent individuals. We are committed to creating a workplace where people can bring their whole selves to work and feel valued for their unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives.
Need adjustments during the recruitment process? Whether that's extra time, alternative interview formats, or other support, we're happy to work with you to ensure an accessible and positive experience.
