Job summary

CHEP Eastern Creek is seeking a visible, hands-on Shift Supervisor - Night Shift to lead a high-performing team. You’ll spend most of your shift on the floor with the team, driving safety, process discipline and operational excellence while coaching in the moment to lift performance and engagement.

You’ll build a strong safety culture, set clear expectations, and collaborate with Team Leaders and site leadership to deliver key priorities, ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, production, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong safety focus and ability to challenge unsafe behaviours.
• Visible, approachable leadership style with frontline support.
• Excellent communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, inclusive and high-performing night shift team.
• Spend the majority of the shift on the floor, coaching from the front.
• Build a strong safety culture with consistent standards and processes.
• Coach team members in the moment to reinforce safe ways of working.
• Build trust through consistent communication and follow-through.
• Maintain performance across safety, quality, service and productivity metrics.
• Plan resources and coordinate night shift activities to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and site leadership to deliver priorities.
