Job summary

The Lutheran Aged Care in Albury is seeking an Information Technology Support Officer to provide frontline IT helpdesk support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and reliable business applications.

You will assist with Windows environments, Microsoft 365 services, and key systems such as Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint and WordPress, while adhering to WHS standards and coordinating with external IT partners as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT Help Desk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory/Intune/Entra ID and MS Exchange/Outlook.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
