Job summary

Central Highlands Rural Health in Ballarat, VIC, is seeking a capable IT Systems Support Officer to keep our technology running smoothly. You will provide timely end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with IT projects to improve service delivery.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams to maintain reliability and user satisfaction, delivering a high standard of customer service across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to support end users with hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical assistance and support to end users.
