Department of Housing and Works is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a collaborative, office-based team in Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact, offering face-to-face, phone and written support to clients seeking housing assistance.

You will assess eligibility and guide individuals through Public Housing, Community Housing and bond assistance, working with internal teams and partners to meet diverse housing needs across the state.
