Qualifications

• Certificate in Business Administration or experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated high level customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision with diverse staff.
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
• Understanding of confidentiality and privacy in dealing with information.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate entry of patient data for the Emergency Department Broken Hill Health Service.
• Provide security assistance and responses for the health service as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks including collection and collation of patient documentation and daily reporting.
• Monitor surveillance and respond to alarm signals, protecting patients and staff.
