Job summary

Far West Local Health District in Broken Hill is seeking a BI Clerk Grade 3 to provide timely administrative services across assigned health facilities. The role supports frontline operations and enables data entry, reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Administrative/transactional services experience expected.
• Ability to type letters/policies, fax, collect medical records, handle calls, mailing, filing, data entry and reporting.
• Support meetings with scheduling, agenda, document collation and minute creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate administrative/transactional services for the assigned work Unit, Units or Health Facility.
• Undertake administrative tasks including typing letters/policies, faxing, collecting medical records, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings, data entry and producing reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Undertake office administration and management duties, maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and other supplies.
• Provide administrative assistance to meetings, including scheduling, agenda and document collation, and minute creation and dissemination.
