Job summary

Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver respectful, responsive, high‑quality service to the community. The role supports a 35‑hour week with a Flex‑Time system and access to Working from Home arrangements.

Key duties include handling customer inquiries in a Call Centre style environment, delivering excellent service to diverse customers, and working both in a team and independently with strong attention to detail. A current Class C Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Customer Contact/Call Centre environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
• Ability to plan and prioritise, think and solve problems on a day to day basis.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and individually without direct supervision, be motivated with an excellent attention to detail.
• Current Class C Drivers License.
