Job summary

Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver respectful, responsive service to our community from the southern Sydney fringe. The role requires experience in a customer contact environment, strong service skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently with great attention to detail.

We offer a 35-hour week with flex-time and working from home arrangements, plus benefits under the Local Government Award.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Contact/Call Centre environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
• Ability to plan and prioritise, think and solve problems on a day to day basis.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and individually without direct supervision, be motivated with an excellent attention to detail.
• Current Class C Drivers Licence.
