Mitti by SafetyCulture is modernizing its frontend as part of a multi-year initiative. You will contribute to the architecture strategy and help other product teams adopt the new stack, removing blockers and driving migration across the engineering org.

Qualifications

• Strong React experience and solid frontend fundamentals.
• Ability to contribute to and shape frontend architecture decisions.
• Experience mentoring mid-level engineers and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute frontend architecture strategy within the roadmap.
• Support migration efforts across the engineering org to the new stack.
• Participate in RFCs and design reviews to shape architectural decisions.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to build confidence in the new stack.
• Apply practical AI tooling insights to frontend development tasks.
• Take ownership of specific platform areas as trust grows.
