Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring for a frontend-focused role in Sydney. You will design, build and ship customer-facing features end-to-end, extending a reusable widget-based homepage framework used across product areas.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, delivering customer-facing features end-to-end.
• Ability to ramp quickly and own feature delivery with minimal scaffolding.
• A performance-first mindset for component behavior under real load.
• Comfort collaborating with product and design and iterating quickly.
• Experience with modern frontend testing practices and code quality.
• Limited need for backend/platform knowledge; leverage specialists.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing features end-to-end — from requirements with PM/designer to release.
• Extend our widget-based homepage framework for cross-product reuse.
• Collaborate daily with PM, designer, and QA to ensure well-tested, performant releases.
• Maintain focus on performance since the homepage is visible on login.
• Contribute to technical decisions within the team and with platform engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing practices, and agile ceremonies.
