Job summary

Mitti, part of SafetyCulture, is modernizing its frontend stack. The role focuses on shaping and executing the frontend architecture strategy, migrating teams to a new stack, and collaborating with engineers across the org to unblock progress.

You’ll participate in RFCs and design reviews, mentor mid-level engineers, and bring practical AI tooling insights to daily frontend work. The position emphasizes ownership and impact within a fast-moving, equity-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Current strong experience with React and frontend performance.
• Generalist frontend background across the stack.
• Clear, confident communication in design reviews and technical decisions.
• Comfort working within an evolving roadmap and shifting priorities.
• Experience in platform, tooling, or shared-infrastructure work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute the frontend architecture strategy within the roadmap.
• Support migration efforts across the engineering org and help teams move to the new stack.
• Participate in RFCs and design reviews; communicate architectural decisions.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and build confidence in the new architecture.
• Apply AI tooling to everyday frontend development and advocate practical uses.
