Sofitel Melbourne On Collins invites applications for a Front Office Welcomer (Porter). You will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage and vehicles, and deliver luxury service as part of our Front Office Team on the driveway.

Qualifications

• Full valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated versatility and initiative in responding to guest requests and situations.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests.
• Attend to guest requests quickly and efficiently to ensure total satisfaction.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Deliver and collect guest luggage.
• Assist guests with directions and other enquiries.
• Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism.
