Sofitel Melbourne On Collins invites applications for a Front Office Welcomer (Porter). You will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage and vehicles, and deliver luxury service as part of our Front Office Team on the driveway.

Job Description

As a Front Office Welcomer (Porter), you provide the initial welcome and the final “au revoir” to our guests, whilst assisting with their luggage and vehicles. We are looking for genuine and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front Office Team on the Driveway to provide luxury service to our guests.

You will be responsible for:

• Offering a warm welcome and farewell to our guests
• Attending to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Parking and retrieving guest vehicles
• Delivery and collection of guest luggage
• Assisting guests with directions and other enquiries
• Delivering personalised service with passion and professionalism
• Ensuring the highest level of security for guests’ luggage and vehicles
