Job summary

Sofitel Melbourne On Collins in Melbourne's CBD is seeking an experienced Section Waiter to join the No35 dining team. Work in a luxury, city‑center venue with panoramic views and a French-inspired dining experience.

You will deliver exceptional service, be knowledgeable about Food & Wine, and help guests embark on a culinary journey. Victorian RSA is required; 12 months in a busy restaurant and the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays are essential.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Section Waiter to join our No35 dining team. If you thrive on working in a busy, quality restaurant with amazing views of the city then this is the position for you.

The No35 team pride themselves on delivering exceptional service with a unique flair.

No35 should be an experience for our guests and you will be knowledgeable and passionate about Food & Wine to take the guest on a culinary journey.

Previous bartending experience, including cocktail preparation and beverage service, is desirable. Candidates with a passion for food and beverage and a strong understanding of responsible service practices will be highly regarded.
