You will oversee guest requests, rosters, and daily procedures, delivering service from the heart and upholding Ovolo standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience in a hotel environment, ideally with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong guest service, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to confidently lead a shift.
• An inspirational and people person who can lead, support and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Energize, motivate, train, develop, and lead your team in all things Front Office.
• Supervise operations and assist with duties to ensure smooth Front Office according to Ovolo standards.
• Conduct show rounds around the hotel for guests and inquiries.
