Ovolo South Yarra seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead guest experiences and daily operations. You will mentor a diverse team, manage rostering and PMS tasks, and support F&B when needed. Strong leadership and service focus are essential.

You will drive guest feedback through online reviews and social media, ensuring top-tier service and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere in a boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Seasoned FOM with 2–3 years at FOM level in a hotel environment.
• Demonstrate ability to drive customer service programs and results.
• Hands-on leader who mentors and supports the team.
• Proficient with P&L, rostering, and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience initiatives to deliver best-in-class journeys.
• Support F&B and operations with hands-on leadership.
