Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience in hospitality.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with RMS or similar booking systems.
• Cash handling accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high guest service and welcome guests.
• Process smooth check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Use the booking system to manage reservations and accounts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure readiness of vacancies.
• Provide guests with information about the property and local area.
• Handle day-to-day office administration with precision.
• Lead, train, roster, and monitor the front office team.
